Winter Fly Fishing Guide Special

San Juan River Brown Trout Spey - Andy McKinley

Duranglers Winter Fly Fishing Guide Special

$350 – One or Two anglers, Wade OR Float.  December 1 through February 28 only.

Even in the dead of winter, the Durango area offers quality fly fishing opportunities.  The San Juan River below Navajo Dam is considered one of the top winter fisheries in the United States and the Animas River that runs right through Durango can be a fantastic option as well.  Blessed with 300 days of sunshine in Colorado, winter afternoons can be warm with great fish activity.

This is a “best of the day” guide trip where we take advantage of the most comfortable time to be out AND when the trout are most active.  Trips will meet around 9 am and wrap up mid-afternoon when the fishing usually tapers off.

Coming to ski for a few days?  Fly fishing is a great way to take a break from the slopes and relax on the water (and rest those quads).

Call at 1-888-FISH-DGO or e-mail us at duranglers@duranglers.com to book a winter fly fishing guide trip today!
