Dually Skagit

Trout Skagit?

Yep that’s right, Trout Skagit.  I just picked up a Redington Dually 6wt with some skagit line and tips.  While this will be a sweet rod for summer run and half-pounder steelhead; my main reason for picking this up was to huck and swing some meat at our resident trout on the Animas, San Juan, and Rio Grande this spring….possibly even some pike on the lower Rio.

Updates on swinging for trout coming soon.
