DESCRIPTION:Our Open Fly Tying Night is for any and all interested in fly tying. \nBring your own tools\, materials\, supplies\, snacks\, and just tie!  Although this is not an instruction night\, there will still be plenty of learning from each other. This is a meeting of the minds: an excuse to get out of the house\, get behind the vise\, and have some fun with fellow tiers.  If you’ve got an upcoming saltwater trip and some patterns you want to take…great! \nThis is a FREE event for those who want to hang out and tie with other tiers.  Extra tools and vises are available if needed\, but make sure to bring your own materials and hooks!

DESCRIPTION:Our Fly Tying 201 continues on the foundations built in our 101 class with more intermediate techniques.  This class assumes that you already know the basic techniques such as starting a fly\, wrapping thread\, attaching and wrapping materials\, and tying off a fly.  Providing expert instruction with all tools/materials supplied\, you will expand your fly tying skills to be able to tie a variety of nymphs and dry flies. \nAny flies tied by you are yours to take home and use yourself! \nThe cost for the Fly Tying 201 class is $75 and pre-registration is required as spots are limited to 4 students.  Please call us at 970-385-4081 to register.  If 4 people are registered\, you will be added to our next available class.  If you have not registered\, and you show up the day of the class and we are full\, you will be turned away\, so call to register and ensure you have a spot!
