Metz #2 Rooster Neck Hackle are very similar to Grade #1 necks. Although not as heavily hackled nor completely flaw-free; Grade # 2 Necks are still one of the best capes available for tying dry flies. These capes will supply hackle for hundreds of flies from sized 6 to 20 and a few down to 22.
