Shipping Policy

Duranglers Inc. offers free domestic shipping on every order placed over $100.   We use the most cost-effective shipping option available when free shipping is chosen.  We use various services from UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service.  If you absolutely have to have an item by or before a specific date, DO NOT CHOOSE THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION.  While our turnaround times are quick and shipment carriers do deliver ahead of schedule at times, no shipment has a guaranteed delivery date with free shipping.  If you have a deadline in which you need your order, please choose an express shipping option that will get you your gear fast.  When in doubt, please call us at 1-888-347-4346 or send us an e-mail:  We are available Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm to answer your questions.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, Monday – Friday 8am – 3pm, Mountain Standard Time; excluding holidays.  Rush/Overnight orders will be handled as quickly as possible from when they are received.  However please note; if you place an order to be overnight shipped after 3pm MST on a Wednesday, the order will not be shipped until the following day (Thursday) and you will receive your package on Friday.

Special order, backordered, or out of stock items may take longer to ship as they must first shipped from the manufactured.  There may be instances where items will be special ordered from a manufacturer.  These items may take longer to ship as they are not being shipped from Duranglers Flies and Supplies.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping costs are calculated by the respective carriers.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.
