August Rio Grande Float Fishing Trips
While we have seen a very dry year with lower than average flows, it looks like fortune has smiled on us in the form of some good recent rains. Coupled with increased flows below Rio Grande reservoir, and we may be looking at some float fishing conditions! This may present us (and you) with a unique opportunity for some late summer float fishing on the Rio! This time of year, we are fishing terrestrials, dry/dropper rigs, nymphs, and even streamers. If you have not had a chance to float the Rio, now is the time; and if you have floated it before, you know why this is so special.
