25 Years of Hits
25 years of memories.
25 years of stories.
25 years of friendships.
25 years of travel.
25 years of laughter.
25 years of heartbreak.
25 years of missed sets, frozen guides, and the one that got away.
25 years of grabs, singing reels, and chrome.
25 years of steelhead flies.
Sometimes old fly boxes are loaded with more nostalgia than any photo album, highlight reel, or Instagram feed could ever really capture. We all have those rickety, rusty boxes that we rarely fish out of any more. It is nice to return to these boxes from time to time…if only for the story, joke, or memory each fly holds.
Enjoy a few shots from John’s steelhead boxes packed full of bugs used on a number of British Columbia rivers including the Kispiox, Bulkley, and Babine.
