Flows were dropping on the Dolores River below McPhee Dam and Duranglers guide Tom Knopick help angler Fred Elbert find the Bruiser Brown trout. While floating the river on 600 CFS Fred tossed his sizer 2 Black Flash-A-Bugger into a deep back eddie and without hesitation this guy exploded on the fly. Nice Fish!
