Free Introduction to Spey Casting Clinic October 29th
That’s right, we are offering a free (as in zero dinero-just show up) introduction to spey casting clinic on October 29th from 10am to noon at the Santa Rita Park boat put in. Come prepared to learn spey style casting utilizing a wide variety of spey, switch, and single handed rods and fly lines.
We will be covering the basics for anyone and everyone who has ever considered picking up a spey rod but didn’t know where to start. If you have never attempted a single or two handed spey style cast, or just want to learn something new; then this clinic is for you. Come prepared to learn all about different casting styles, as well as the variously casts, rods, types of lines, flies, fly presentations, and reading the water. We will have rods to demo, so plan on bringing your waders and casting some rods!
