Dear Kyle, At Swiss Colony Beef Log-

I am sad you left here at Duranglers us for the Midwest.  I miss you.  The shop misses you.  The trout of Colorado still whisper your name in reverent fear.  I am saddened that you are not able to partake in this Animas Lunch Report anymore.  If you were here today you would know that the Animas was flowing at 240 cfs.  You would have experienced the fog of midges that came off of the river today.  We could have fished size 20 dries and emergers to rising trout.  It was quintessential December fishing.  Winter sight fishing at it’s finest.

However, I am happy to know that you went on to greater things.  Namely, providing Swiss Colony Beef Logs to the masses for Christmas.  When people talk about Santa’s Elves, what they really mean is “Kyle and his coworkers”,  supplying true Christmas cheer in the form of tubular meat.  No thanks could ever be enough for your hard work and sacrifice.
