Animas Lunch Report – 8/24/15 – High Country Boats
The short of it is that Duranglers guide Les spends his winters in North Carolina building boats (aka skiffs, aka drift boats) with High Country Boats. Well the other half of the boat building operation, Matt and Shannon spent some time on the Animas River with Les this past weekend. Looks like it was a trip of epic proportions.

Honestly they are hitting on almost anything right now. Smaller nymphs (16-20) such as princes, hare’s ears, RS2s are good options or streamers. If you get out, get out early before the water warms up.
