With runoff in full effect, it’s lake time for trout, bass, pike, carp, crappie, and walleye. Everything is ready to eat a fly right now, get out and huck a bug. Streamers on our local rivers are a great option too as runoff is not raging as hard as it typically does. Lake Nighthorse opens this Saturday, go get your elbows sharpened and flies ready.
